The Ecology Center, in San Juan Capistrano, part 2….

As I have posted earlier on about The Ecology Center located in San Juan Capistrano, it educates, inspires and empowers hands-on solutions that create everyday change. It is The Place, for eco education for families and individuals, anybody who cares about elevating the health of our shared environment.

Erika Tucker , her new website will be up soon, gifted Chef and Caterer invites for a tasting of her Chef Erika’s Seasonal Jams and Nut Butters.

All this deliciousness is spread on Artesian Bread.. or on slices of organic apples..

My favorite the Mexican Lime Marmelade, Ginger is the key here, it goes with everything, not only for breakfast, goes with fish and oh so many things….

Chef Erika adds to most of her jams some herbs, for example Rosemary, which marry so well with each fruit combination.
