” May it brighten your vision”
” and even it appears as an illusion, enjoy and embrace it ”

I have often tried to capture the moon at night, but never succeeded to produce an image like yours. I liked the way you included the branches of a nearby tree to add the right kind of mood to the image. Have a great, weekend, Cornelia!
Peter, I have to reveal the secret that this is not the moon. I have shot this images in the parking lot of the Norton&Simon museum years ago. It is actually the light of the parking lot and the branches of this tree appeared to be right in front of it. That’s why I mentioned in my text the word “Illusion”. Sorry to burst your bubble. Have a great blessed week.
The reason why I was so intrigued by your photo was indeed the illusory moon. Thanks for the revelation, Cornelia!
Light not to be taken light
It makes run the dark
In the illusory world both are as important
Moon shines by the sun
We shine by sun, light and the moon
Good Presentation Cornelia

Shiva
Thank you Shiva. I have to admit, that this not a picture of the moon, it’s a street lamp in the parking lot of a museum, which appeared like the moon, that’s why I mentioned the word illusion. But does it really matter, you picked up on the thought of light and the illusionary world any ways.
No matter it is the light of what source you have captured it wonderfully.
