During my stay in Ahemadabad , India, I happened to walk into a ceremony of a Hindu devotion for Lord Krishna and I was so welcomed to be part of this.
I had been so mesmerized by their deep devotion and colorful tradition.
As flowers are an important and very meaningful part of the devotion
Women and children played a big a big role in this celebration
As this is my all time favorite image of a really devoted woman.
As the light shines onto those devotional celebrations…it had opened my mind, thank you dear India.
May the light shine on the universe, for all of us.

Thank you dear Jane for your kind comment and observations. As I approached this temple out of curiosity, people came up to me and inviting me to be part of this event with my camera and didn’t mind at all to be photographed, especially after I told them that I’m coming from the US.
