Beautiful photographs to keep in my mind and warm me up on the cold and dark winter days…
Thank you Herman, I am glad you enjoyed these images. Is it already becoming cold over there? Have a great weekend ahead of you.
Unfortunately, yes, it’s getting colder and Jimi asked for an extra blanket… π
Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Cornelia!
Very original ornaments π Great subjects for photographers too.
Thank you so much for your kind compliment. Enjoy your coming weekend.
Dear Cornelia,
you inspired Siri π and π Selma to produce some ornaments for our garden as well. They are out now looking for stones with a hole and for shells and bits of glass.
Wishing you a happy rest of the week

Excellent capture, Cornelia and I always love your pictures. Nature comes to life in all your photography. White sunflowers even I have never seen or heard. Awesome.

Impressive pictures, Cornelia. My favorite is one of the stones. it reminds me of how people stack stones in the Himalayas. Even stone heart is so beautiful.
Thank you dear Arv, I am glad you enjoyed these images. You know , here it has become quite famous to stack stones at the beach or on hiking trails, it somehow has become an art. Have a great weekend my Indian friend.
wow. This is so common to find in Himalayas. Apparantly, it has to do with Tibetan way of thinking. These stacked stones can be found in Himalayas. And this is not a new trend. One also find the triangle flag tied to a string which is supposed to ward off from the evil.
Oh, thank you so much Arv, for explaining the meaning of those stacked rocks, I have seen in pictures of the Himalaya .
You are welcome, Cornelia
Even in its last breathe, Summer still exudes beauty, magic, relaxation and adventure. Every picture is a story and Art in itself. Thank you.
Such lovely images, Cornelia. I love the white sunflower.
Thank you Carol, indeed the white sunflower is very rare. Enjoy your week,
Loved the white sunflower Cornelia – I’ve never seen one either. Much as I love the yellows I think these are even prettier. Beautifully captured.
Thank you Tina, indeed the white sunflowers are very unique, as I have never seen them before, so I was very attracted to capture them. Have an inspiring week ahead of you.
Thank you for sharing inspiring wonderful images and words that speaks straight to the heart. Finally raining in my side of California. Mood bit down but nature needs nourishing and revival. Take care. Happy Weekend my friend.
Thank you my friend, wish you a more up beat week, I’m jealous that it’s raining up there.
Rain is over but Iβm glad it did. Hope it rains in the South too. We need it. Thanks.
Rain stopped yesterday. Hopefully 2 days of rain will sustain Nature and our reserves for the next several weeks. Hope it rains too in your side of Cali. Earth is very thirsty, itβs survival depends on Water which I hope there will be more. Take care.
Thank you for your update on the much needed rain. Indeed it finally rained down here, still way not enough to revive the thirsty earth. Wish you the best.
Take care.
