Chef Erika Tucker

I recently had the privilege of photographing Chef Erika Tucker at “The Cellar” in San Clemente.  ” The Cellar” downtown San Clemente  is a unique restaurant , a cheese and wine  bar, offering many events with great life music.  Erika is a remarkable young talented chef, who studied @ French Culinary Institute in New York. She is a freelance chef ,among being a chef at “The Cellar” and teaching at The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano . Her approach creating her culinary dishes is light, organic and so full of delicious flavors.

  1. What a treat, Cornelia. Erika certainly has a way with presenting her food. Were you on assignment or did you get to taste these dishes?

  2. Linda says:

Saw this in my email, got my morning cup of java, and pulled up the chair to make myself comfortable. I knew this would be an extravagant event! Beautifully and tastefully creative. I love the small portions that invite the eye and senses. Pieces of art – each dish and photo. Let the day begin!

  3. Judi McKenzie says:

Erika certainly knows how to tempt us with our eyes with her gourmet delights. You have captured each dish so that I would want to try them all! Now I must go find something to eat!

  4. Very good looking pictures, Cornelia. Very jazzy food:)

    • Thank you so much Roger, I tried my best with the light available in the kitchen, which was fluorescent, no perfectness…. any advice from you as The master of food photography how I could have done better? I know this is a loaded question. I wish I could attend your grand workshop in London? From California at this time it’s a bit too far for me.

  5. Fig & Quince says:
