I have a big magnolia tree in the garden and I’m always looking forward to see the flowers appear. I wish they could be there for months instead of a few days…
Herman, that’s quite unusual to have a magnolia tree in your garden for the climate you live in. They are just majestic, I think.
These flowers mean very much to me, emotionally. While my sister was still alive, she always looked forward to see this flowers appear while we had coffee together in the garden.
I understand, Herman, yet that’s a beautiful memory for you, to keep close to your heart.

When it comes to floral beauty it is very difficult to beat a magnolia IMHO Cornelia. And their scent is as lovely as any there is. You’ve captured them perfectly!
